When I founded NATEK in 1994, I promised myself that my number-one priority would be to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to provide a stable future, for myself, my family, and my employees. This philosophy is based on three simple principles -- Honesty, Integrity and Trust.
My vision for NATEK is to stand out as a company whose performance continually exceeds customers’ expectations. With this in mind, every position is carefully filled to guarantee that our people live up to these expectations. Not only must they have professional qualifications to match the requirements of their position within the company, but they must also possess character that is synonymous with our principles. In turn, we make a firm commitment to further our employees' careers, provide them with excellent benefits, and give them the help, training and support they need to do their jobs.
