Managed Hosting
Managed Hosting is the responsibility for all aspects of a Network Operations Center (NOC). This includes monitoring and maintaining all of the client's infrastructure: software, hardware, even the server itself. Earned Value Management
We have invested in project management and Earned Value Management Systems to assist our Project Managers and clients with tracking costs, schedules and performance. In many cases, these tools are available to clients through a secure connection where they can access an EVMS dashboard providing cost and hour summaries, earned value and costs to complete. This system is connected to our timecard system and is updated daily. Our EVMS can:
- Provide clients with real-time updates for earned value, projected cost to complete and cost, performance and schedule variances,
- Send alerts when customer-defined variances are exceeded for schedule, cost and performance,
- Provide a management data and file repository for process documents and policy,
- Track and escalate issues, and
- Establish and distribute work plans.
