NATEK is pleased to announce that Christopher Lautz joined NATEK this past December as the Director of Information Technology and Business Development.  Chris is a former United States Army Signal officer with extensive experience in command and control systems.  Prior to joining NATEK, he was the Director of Technology for the SYC Praetorian Program with SYColeman (L-3 Communications).  In addition, he was previously Division Manager for SAIC's Digital Training Division (DTD).

Chris’ past accomplishments include the design for the Army's Mission Support Training Facilities at Fort Lewis and Fort Wainwright, which became the model for simulation driven command and control training systems. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a certificate in network engineering from its college of engineering. He enjoys boating and has a “used but paid for” Silverton, twin engine boat at the Belmont Bay Marina. He and his wife have two daughters.
