Mail/Fax Center Supervisor
Job Description:
This position is being offered on a contingent basis, as part of a bid on a proposal for a Federal Government Contract.
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, directs, assists, coordinates and supervises clerical staff in a wide variety of administrative services including mail delivery, sending and receiving of faxes, management of supply centers, and document scanning operations. Performs quality control and ensures timely delivery of all specified deliverables. Manages the flow of work within and between the various sites making efficient use of existing resources and minimizing the need for overtime. Tracks progress of all activities and reports status to appropriate Contractor Project Manager. Arranges routine and emergency servicing and maintenance of equipment as specified by the Government. Program Manager
Job Description:
This position is being offered on a contingent basis, as part of a bid on a proposal for a Federal Government Contract.
- Oversees all aspects of the contract and serves as the Contractor's principal point of contact with the COTR regarding all contract performance matters
- Provides supervision and direction of all contract activities and personnel

Telecom Specialist Lead
Job Description:
- Perform system monitoring and troubleshooting on Cisco stack equipment. Primary focus is the firewalls (Cisco FSM and Checkpoint), but also to include router and switch features such as HSRP, VRF Selection, VPN SPA, MSFC, CSM, SSL SM location in St. Louis, Kansas City, Ft. Service Monitoring & Control Administrator
Job Description:
The service monitoring & control administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of automated incident-detection tools and the service monitoring and control technical solution. Will install, configure and utilize the monitoring tools Panorama, HP OVTA, and Coradiant to provide real time information to Tier 1 in the case of Production, Certification and Development. Assist the Stress lab and Code Review lab with ongoing problem review.
Analyzes and develops computer software possessing a wide range of capabilities, including numerous engineering, business, and records management functions. Develops plans for automated information systems from project inception to conclusion. Technical Task Lead (Project Manager, Sr.)
Job Description:
The Senior IT Project Lead will manage multiple IT implementation projects for a large Government Agency located at the Goodfellow Complex in Saint Louis, MO. This person will directly support an agency within the USDA with project management services, as wells as, support Enterprise driven projects that cut across multiple working groups and clients. Typically projects are valued at less than $1M in effort, but require precise tracking and planning in a dynamic environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for cost, schedule and performance with resources matrixed to projects. Experience using MS Project is required. Experience using MS Project server is a plus. Disaster Recovery Specialist
Job Description:
Provide disaster recovery services in an enterprise environment. To implement processes, develop documentation, and lead DR exercises.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Business Impact Analysis and write business continuity plans
- Develop and implement a plan to provide fail-over capacity of all mission critical servers, applications and networks
